SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. For your convenience, our company offers alternative methods of delivery/collection of products. When you place your order, you will be invited to choose whether and how you would like us to ship the products you have ordered or collect them from our headquarters.

2. Time, Method, Place of Receipt / Dispatch

i. For customers with headquarters in Komotini, delivery will be made exclusively at our headquarters, where the user will come to receive the order. Exceptionally, and depending on the order, upon special agreement, in the case of customers located exclusively in the wider region of Rodopi (if they do not have their own carrier), we have the possibility to deliver with our own distributor.

ii. For customers located outside of Komotini, the order will be forwarded for delivery to a delivery address that you will provide to us when placing the order. In this case, the delivery will be made by a transport company cooperating with the User-Customer, at the User-Customer's (recipient's) expense, according to the price list of the transport company chosen by the User-Customer. The products will be delivered to the transport company by a distributor of our company. The products will be transported with care, risk and on behalf of the user-buyer.

3. Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely routing of the order to the buyer. We cannot guarantee either the time of arrival or the exact time of delivery of the products of the order, as these depend on the transport companies with which the user cooperates. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or fortuitous events or events beyond its control. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you in accordance with articles 6.5i. and 6.12 of the terms of use of our website. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and from the delivery the risk is transferred to the purchaser according to article 524 of the Civil Code. The cost of transport is what is determined each time by the pricing policy of each transport company, which are solely responsible for the shipping charges and which may change the prices at any time. NEOGROSS is not responsible for any such price change.

4. If at the time of delivery you are not at the delivery address, which you have specified yourself, to pick up your package, the distributor will leave you an information note with instructions on how to pick up your order (and if supported by the specific Courier company). The distributor will attempt to re-deliver the product to you in accordance with each carrier's terms and conditions, otherwise it will remain on the distributor's premises at your own risk and expense and subject to the carrier's general terms and conditions of custody.

In case you have designated to your carrier as the mode of delivery of the package to be picked up from the carrier's headquarters, you must ensure that you arrive at the carrier's headquarters and pick up the package on time.

In any case, we remind you that the risk of loss or damage to the goods has already been transferred to the buyer by the delivery of the goods by us to the carrier.
