What is the returns policy at

We accept all returns on products that are unused, unworn, in their packaging, if any, within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Am I charged anything for the return?

If the product you purchased does not fit well, resizing at is easy. Call 2531 029 888 and one of our sales staff will be happy to assist you. The exchange for a replacement has a charge of 2,50€.

If for any other reason you want to return your product and choose another one, send your product back in the way mentioned above and place a new order. In this case you will only be charged for the new shipment.

Can I ask for my money back?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, gives you the opportunity to get your money back within 14 days of the return of the product.  The amount of the refund includes the cost of delivery.

Can I return a product that I have purchased on to a store?

You can make your exchange in any of our stores having with you the proof of purchase. It would be advisable to have arranged the exchange in advance either with the store or by calling 2531 029 888 for the most direct service.

Can I return an item I have purchased in a store via courier?
You can make the exchange but the returns policy as stated above does not apply. The shipping costs will be borne entirely by you.

What is the return policy in stores?

We accept all returns on products that are unused, unworn, in their packaging ,if any, within 14 days of the date of purchase. Stock purchases can only be made at the store in question.
